Founder (she/her)

I became a therapist because I believe humans to be complex and resilient!

More About Me...

I have been where you are, lost, scared, and unsure, while longing for things to be different. The bravery and courage it takes in these first steps can often times feel crushing. This work is risky, and so worth it. I am honored to journey with you individually, as a couple, or in your family.

Once upon a time I was a nuclear medicine technologist, and what I learned during those years; we all need to be seen and heard. As humans we are meant to share our stories, and be witnessed. As a technologist I found myself wanting more time with my patients and their families. Some were hurting, and needed someone to talk to; others needed silence, while some needed contact from another. This longing started my path as a therapist and I am so grateful to have this opportunity to walk alongside you as you heal and mend from the past, honoring your present self.

When I meet with clients I do so with empathy, acceptance, some humor and a lot of love. My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families find their way back, to self and each other. My therapeutic approach is from an attachment lens, humanistic and holistic. I am hopeful to create a safe place, listen carefully and empathically while guiding you as you start to heal. I work diligently to empower my clients toward spiritual, emotional, mental and relational wholeness. With experience in wilderness treatment I appreciate the impact of nature on mental health and often utilize experiential practices in session.

When I am not working with clients I can be found anywhere in the woods, at the lake, or taking care of my many plants. I moved to the mountains a few years ago from Chicago and am grateful everyday to be amongst such majestic landscape. I love reading, and spending time with my two boys and fur babies.
