Experiential therapy is any action oriented, multi level co-created therapeutic intervention.

Allowing the clients to use expressive tools, activities and other methods to recreate specific situations from the past or present.

Experiential therapy may include recreation therapy, expressive arts therapy, wilderness therapy, equine therapy, adventure therapy, music therapy, and psychodrama.

Co-creation allows the client and facilitator to work in conjunction with each other to bring the experience to fruition.

Experiential therapy work at both the aspects of mind we are aware of, as well as the aspect of mind that are outside of our conscious awareness, allowing for a corrective experience.

Corrective experiences allow for resolution of trauma, increased coping skills, emotional regulation, decreased conflict, increased awareness and many more targets.
