Therapist (she/her)

Fun fact: Something I do for fun is explore google maps. I can get lost in it for HOURS! I have found some wild things like crop circles and hidden islands.

More About Me...

Imagine if we all felt seen, valued, and unconditionally accepted during the worst and best parts of childhood and adolescence. As humans, we are constantly making meaning of our experiences and sometimes those narratives can negatively impact our belief in ourselves and others. Untangling these stories from our identity can free us to become more aligned with our own truth and deepen our connection within ourselves and others. Therapy can help untangle the mess and provide you space and time to discover your strengths and superpowers to tackle any challenges that come your way. It is a place for you to just “BE” without judgement or “shoulds.”

In therapy, I aim to create a space where young people feel seen, safe, and free to be themselves. I use art, play, and experiential activities to help clients explore emotions, practice new skills, and build confidence in their own voices. If you are worried about therapy being a place where you lay on a couch, and spill your deepest darkest secrets–I get it! And don’t worry, there will be no pressure to do that here. Anything we do is on your time and based around your choice.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and Internal Family Systems, while keeping therapy grounded in genuine relationships. I see healing as something that happens not just through words, but through shared experience and trust built over time.

As a Queer, neurodivergent therapist, my practice values inclusivity, empowerment, and acceptance. I have experience working with children and teens with LGBTQ+ identities, behavioral challenges, anxiety, and neurodivergence-specifically ADHD and I/DD. I also work closely with parents and families, helping strengthen understanding and communication at home. I have knowledge of school systems, including IEP and 504 plan processes, developed through over nine years of experience working in educational settings. I have supported students with a broad range of diagnoses, such as Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, PANDAS, Prader-Willi syndrome, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, and traumatic brain injury-always prioritizing strengths-based, neuroaffirming approaches that honor each client’s individuality.

My hope is that every young person who walks into my office leaves feeling a little more capable, connected, and confident in who they are.
